PIG Equation

Over the CNY, there have been many interesting articles related to pigs and stuff. Many of my non-chinese frens have asked me about the 12 animal zodiac....How did it come about and what was the story??? I read this off a newspaper. It says that the Chinese Lunar calendar is made up of a 60-year cycle that is further divided into five 12-year cycles. Each of the 12 years is assigned the name of an animal. In one cycle, each animal year will be repeated five times according to the five elements of metal, wood, water, fire, and earth. I guess we have to wait for another 24yrs for the year of the Metal Pig or Golden Pig!!!!

As for the 12 animals, the order is Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig. It was told that an ancient sage wanted to select 12 animals to form the zodiac. So he sent out a message to all the animals to gather at a certain spot on a certain date. The first 12 animals to arrive would be selected and the zodiac arranged in the order of their arrival. The rat and the cat made an agreement to wake each other up on the appointed day to start the journey. The cunning rat, however, did not do that but started out alone much earlier, hoping to beat the others. The ox, realising that he was slower than many of the other animals, decided to start the journey the night before. On the designated day, after walking the whole night, the ox was the first to reach the site. But unknown to him, the rat had been riding on his back the entire journey. And just before the ox reached the chosen spot, the rat jumped over his head and took first place. That's why the rat is the first animal in the zodiac. This is also the reason why the rat is described as intelligent and cunning while the ox is hardworking and persistent. The cat, who presumably arrived too late, never forgave the rat and since then, the two creatures have been mortal enemies. Do you believe that???

Human = Eat + Sleep + Work + Enjoy

Pigs = Eat + Sleep

Hence, Human = Pigs + Work + Enjoy

If, Human - Enjoy = Pigs + Work

In other words, Human that don't know Enjoy = Pigs that Work

Men = Eat + Sleep + Earn money

Pigs = Eat + Sleep

Hence, Men = Pigs + Earn money

If, Men - Earn money = Pigs

In other words, Men that don't Earn money = Pigs

Women = Eat + Sleep + Spend

Pigs = Eat + Sleep

Hence, Women = Pigs + Spend

If, Women - Spend = Pigs

In other words, Women that don't Spend = Pigs

Summary:

Men Earn money Not to Let Women become Pigs!

Women Spend Not to Let Men become Pigs!

Men + Women = 2 Pigs
